Ballots for the IBEW Local Union 21 Officers’ Election were mailed out on June 4, 2015 to the last known addresses of all eligible voters. The election ballot mailing and vote tabulation is being conducted by TrueBallot Inc., an independent third party firm that specializes in union elections.

If you do not receive a ballot, please call the IBEW Local 21 Union Office at 630-960-4466 ext. 233 to make arrangements to have a replacement ballot sent to you. All ballots must be received at the post office by 8 a.m. on June 25, 2015.

When you receive your ballot please vote within the defined time frame. All members will receive two envelopes along with their ballot. Follow the instruction on the back of the ballot.

The ballot stub identifies the member and ensures that only ONE ballot is cast per member to prevent fraud. Do not put any identifying marks on the ballot or ballot envelope. Otherwise, the vote may not be counted. The sealed ballot envelopes will be opened and the ballots will be tabulated by TrueBallot.
