The IBEW Local Union 21 Scholarship Committee is accepting 2017 scholarship applications from IBEW 21 members and their immediate family. 

Applicants must submit an application and a 1000 word essay or show their creativity on the “Pros and cons of increasing the minimum wage”.  All materials must be received by Friday, May 5, 2017.
