You can still help! The IBEW 21 Days of Giving School Supply Drive ends this Saturday, August 2nd. If you were planning on donating or may have forgotten you still have time to bring in your donations.
Your contributions will benefit members in need, My Joyful Heart, and the Vermilion County Salvation Army. We are asking IBEW 21 members to donate a minimum of $1 and school supplies to help those in need.
We are asking all stewards to contact your Chief Steward or Business Representative and make arrangements with them to get the donations collected in your area into the Union Hall as soon as possible.
If you are wondering what type of supplies children in need can use a list of suggested school supplies by grade can be found here.
Thank you for getting involved. There are many working families that are struggling to make ends meet and children that come from broken homes. Your generosity can make their lives better.
Together we will make a difference in the areas where we live and work.
