Crittenton Centers in Peoria Needs IBEW 21 Volunteers

November 14, 2014

Crittenton Centers in Peoria needs IBEW 21 volunteers at their Festival of Trees.  It is a community wide event that will surely put everyone in the holiday spirit. It will take place November 21st thru November 23rd at First Federated Church of Peoria’s Life Together Center (corner or War Memorial and Sheridan).

All proceeds benefit Crittenton Centers and their work in protecting and nurturing children and families. But to do so, they need the help of IBEW 21 volunteers!

Volunteer now by clicking here

After you sign up to volunteer or if you have any questions please email or call Bob P. in the Union Hall 630-960-4466 ext. 447.

About Crittenton Centers

Crittenton Centers has been serving Peoria and all of central Illinois since 1892. The agency has evolved into a multi-service, not-for-profit child welfare organization. Their three core services include the Crisis Nursery (emergency and respite care for infants and children ages birth to 6 years), the Child Development Center (preschool and daycare for infants and children ages 6 weeks to 6 years) and Educational and Support Services. Crittenton Centers’ mission is to protect and nurture children and families.

IBEW 21 Days of Giving Toy & Coat Drive

The IBEW 21 Days of Giving “Toy & Coat” Drive began on Tuesday and will run through December 2nd.  While we ask all members to participate, the drive is about more than just making donations.  It’s also learning more about those in need in the communities where we live and work and offering our assistance when needed.

More information about the IBEW 21 Days of Giving Toy & Coat Drive including a list of needed gifts can be found by clicking here.
