New Supplemental Benefit Plans / Open Enrollment on the Web October 1-31, 2011 !

October 4, 2011 - IBEW Local Union 21 is pleased to announce a new Supplemental Insurance program for all of its members.

These voluntary benefits were designed to enhance and compliment your existing employer’s benefit package. The Local has made available several benefits to help members protect their financial well-being.

  • Accident Insurance
  • Critical Illness Insurance
  • Disability / 20% buy-up plan (only AT&T employed members)
  • Whole Life Insurance

These benefits will be available through several links on our webpage and the open enrollment period is October 1–31, 2011. You must elect coverage online during this period if you are interested.

This program is only available to active members of IBEW Local Union 21. You will need your Membership Number (on your union card) and the password ibew21 to access the enrollment system:

Password: ibew21

Once enrolled, premiums will be conveniently collected via monthly bank draft so please reference a check to determine your Account and Routing Number.
