Jan 30, 2013 - IBEW 21 Membership Bargaining & Communication Survey

Wednesday January 30, 2013- IBEW Local Union 21 posted the 2013 Bargaining & Communications survey on our website.

It is designed to be filled out by all members, with a large portion primarily for members working at AT&T.  There are sections of the survey that all members can complete.  We ask all members to take the time to fill out the survey completely. It should take 5 minutes of your time.

The 2013 Bargaining & Communications survey can only be completed by currently employed active Local 21 members. 

Your username is your Union Card number and your password has been set to solidarity21. To view the survey you may have to change your browser settings to allow all cookies.

The survey is in the middle column of our website and also is located in the top menu bar and under Member Resources. If you lose these instructions you can find them under Member Resources- News and Action Alerts.

Deadline to participate is February 15, 2013.

Once there, locate the Bargaining Survey Module in the middle column of the page. Click on the link.

The survey is in a password-protected area of the website.  To begin, you will first have to enter your Membership Number and a password to gain access to the password-protected area of the website.

Your USER NAME is your membership number and your temporary PASSWORD is solidarity21. 

NOTE: If you previously updated your website profile all of that information has been deleted and your password has been reset to solidarity21.

After completing the survey you can change your password by clicking on Account Settings, found in the uppermost top left corner of the website.

Your Membership Number is the group of numbers above your name on your union card.  If you don’t know your Membership Number or you need a union card please call the IBEW Local Union 21 Union Hall at 630-960-4466.

Deadline to participate is February 15, 2013.

If after entering your union card number and password you cannot access the survey please call the union hall to make sure you are entering the correct number.  If you are a newer member and your membership number has not been created you will have to call the IBEW Local 21 Union Hall at 630-960-4466 and we will send you a survey.

After logging in if you are unable to view the survey, check your browser settings and change them to temporarily allow all cookies. Settings on MAC, iPhone, iPad products may be different from those on PC’s this survey was designed using a PC and tested using an iPhone.

If after adjusting your settings, you still cannot take the survey call the Union Hall and we can send you a copy of the survey or you can contact Bob Przybylinski in the hall if he’s available he may be able to help you.
